Here is your Charleston Lowcountry Real Estate Market Update!!

😲😲Wow! Things are really rockin again in Charleston!

🏡🏡🏡Take a look at our March update. Buyers are begging for your home and they are going FAST!

The median price for homes in March was $336,000. That’s up from last month.

The median days on market was 5 days. In a hurry? That’s okay, because we are getting a lot of offers within hours of listing homes. I literally had a home go on the market this week, and 22 hours later we had it sold. There were many offers on the table, but the winning offer was $25,000 over the price we put on that property! Crazy, right?! And no, it wasn’t priced low. At all.

There were 2454 new listings in March. This is lower than normal.

There were 2178 homes that sold. I know, that sounds like a lot, but it isn’t at all. There aren’t a lot of homes to sell, so there aren’t many selling!
